Haiz,today sianz.....asthma attacks den took a few puffs of ventolin but after awhile,the asthma came back again.....realli dun knw wad is wrong with me....

Den went to see doc,he says my airway infected with virus that is causing my asthma to come back.....haiz....realli dun knw wad is wrong with me nowadays,first stomach flu den now Asthma....guess when it is time to go,it's realli time to go......

I realise health is realli impt.....without a good health,there is alot of stuff we could not do......so pple,stay healthy and to those who booze and smoke,cut down before they cut u lor.....

There are times we have to make decisions.....they are no bad or good decision,only decisions that made u regret.......sometimes we are forced to make a decision,if it is bad,we juz haf to stick by it but if it is good,den we haf to thank our luck....Frm a simple choosing a birthday gift to choosing ur other partners........lucky for me,i chosen a very good and perfect partner and i thank my luck for it........

I am glad to be able to be together with u.Now that u haf another one to share ur woes and sorrows,hope u will feel much better....i love you....
