This duty cycle is my first cycle of being a guard commander.....seriously,i know why pple prefer to be a MAN than a spec.....coz gc have to be on the roll all the time.......making decision whereas for MAN,all they nid to do is to perform their duties.....
i dun knw how many times i have been woken up by my guys in the wee hours of the night when i still hAve to wake up early to do my duty at 7am..........While pple are chatting happily in sleeping quarter,i busy doing my reports and going round the base for inspection and busy till arnd 12 plus b4 i can settled in......
All these i take it up........as a challenge....a challenge for me to push my limit....physically,i am tired....realli tired....but mentally,i am lucky to have my dear with me.............thank you.....
Seriously,i am sort of also getting used to it but it is good to hear compliments frm my fellow peers for my work......realli appreciate that......
Well.....my supervising GC ORD-ed today and seriously,i wan to thank him for teaching me all d stuff that Guard COmm. need to learn and the tips and techniques for certain OPS stuff.....realli thank u.....
Not that he is gone,i got no one else to fall back on and i am all left alone in the battlefront and frankly speaking,i am the fastest SSC 10 to be pushed to become a guard comm. whereas the other 2 plt still got old bird guard comm. to lead them.....
Haiz....whether or not,am i a successful guard com.,remain to be seen.........
