gee....what a day today!

Wake up at 7am so that i can get ready to go CPF Bishan to work bahz........coz everytym if service counter nt enuff pple, they will get pple frm call centre....

After work at 1pm,bought some bread and rush off to boon lay to play soccer match.....
Oh man....the match.,...2nd half,realise my calf is nt wrong....when i tried to twist and turn,there is a slight and unusual pull at my muscle....wanted to sub off but want to hang on for awhile la....den the moment came,i slide tackled one guy,he jumped but he landed on my right calf......den that is e breaking pt le.....my left calf immediately goes into a spasm...so freaking pain that i can't even walk....the poor guy tot he injuired me but the prob is he stamped on my right calf but my left calf is in pain! haha.....den helped off the field......
Den i very angry,my team mates says i chao keng lor....wah seh....a blow to my professionalism.....if i chao keng,i will nt stay on for so long lor......*angry angry*

Den share cab wif my 2 other frenz....from boon lay to Toa payoh....u work the figure and somemre got the 35% surcharge....gee.......

Now my left calf still very sore.....haiz.....den realise my left knee also bruised.....haiz....old le.....bones getting weaker........ :(

gee........wad a great day to end the week in work bahz......For the last 2 days,have been handling WIS calls.....realli driving me crazy.......repeating umpteen times over and over again.........i can even juz slp and mumble all e procedures........haiz.......

To be frank,i find d scheme very troublesome la............firstly,why have 2 payments?secondly,why send out letters for those pple who nv declare income their medisave,making everyone confused coz d letters are very redundant when u juz need to pay what u supposed to pay for the remaining CPF medisave contribution.....haiz......realli sick of all these stuff.........i not disputing it is not wrong to put the amt into Medisave but if they want to do so,be fair to both status bahz.......it is nt their fault that they can't often get a job that gives them CPF too....haiz....

Being in the customer service industry since after JC days,from King Koil promoter to handling difficult base residents in base to now,Customer service officer for CPF.......realised that it is not that we are providing very lousy service,i find that it takes 2 hands to clap..........customers often demand this and that and they vent all their anger on innocent promoters like us.........we are here to provide them info of the products but not as a 'punching bag' for them.we have rules to adhere to and if we can disclose,we will.Not point shouting and yelling over the phone wad.The more u sounds disrespect for us,it will do u no gd too.U will nt get the info u wan to wad.i find that singaporeans are very demanding.....like wad MM Lee Kuan Yew said is true....our altitude still have a long way to go before reaching first class...........*first class facility,third class mentality*

welll.....sth to ponder abt our altitude bahz........

Juz came back from National Stadium.......

This morning,received a sms from Jon Lim,he working in SSC so he got free tix to tonite world cup qualifying match between s'pore and lebanon......was contemplating wanting to go or not....

den juz nice as i was gg out for lunch,guru ask me whether i wan to go tonite coz he want to go tgt with yong quan.........hehe so juz nice,able to secure free tix lor.....

Den evening time,quickly rush home and have a quick dinner den rush down to nat'l stadium le....was quite disappointed la...tot it is gg to be a full hse but in d end,only 1 quarter....haiz....wad happen to the 'LION ROAR'.....

In d end,S'pore win 2-0 but was funny la...everyone was boo-ing at this 'no. 8' guy from lebanon........the fun isn't at the match but the crowd bahz.....

Gee.....very long nv blog and as can see frm my tagboard,some pple are nagging.....

Well...life is quite smooth i guess....being stuck with Life and DV for last wk.....den today did 4 codes in morning and den switch back to 3 codes......had abt 105 calls till 5pm when Mee Mee switch me back to CPF life....hehe....gee...so many pple leave and MC lor......make the call centre v.cold.......coz v.little pple.....

Last saturday,my hse become a s'pore-based taiwan election commission...haha.....my dad crazy abt taiwan election lor....seriously,i am glad ma ying jeou win....i think only he can bring taiwan to a greater height.......i find the polictical scene in taiwan very colourful.......but it is such a shame that the green party keep on attacking blue party,even smearing their reputation and even took a swipe at Mr Ma's deceased dad....haiz.........why can't green party win it fair and square......very happy they lose badly......but Mr Hsieh is truly a great speaker,flaming up the atmosphere whenever he talks whereas Mr Ma talks in a more civilised and more calm manner......

Well...finally submitted my Uni application......

today is my dear's bday....happy birthday dear........may all ur dreams come true :)

Life is being a smooth trail i guess after i ORD.Now working at CPF call centre.Pay pathetic but learnt alot of CPF policies.......*no comments* on some of the policies....

Met frenz and colleague in my workplace..........The turnover rate is like extremely high la.....

Yesterday went to Mallery 21st birthday party at Toa Payoh,very near where the JI head escape....*scary*....

It is like the 7th 21st birthday parties i attend bahz.......

First is Cheryl Bock,2nd is Lim yu sin,3rd is qiu ru(dear's frenz),4th is Lily (dear's frenz),5th is Yu cheng,6th is Ming wei and den last nite,mallery bday.....

Mallery is my pre u sem. frenz.Pre u sem is an annual seminar that is held at NTU or NUS.my time is at NUS,stay in PGP too......even thou we have met only for 1 wk coz it is a residential camp.....it pleases me that when we last night sat down wif my pre u sem grp,we still able to catch up on each other life and some things juz nv change.....

In life,we will lose and gain frenz.It amazes me how frenz whom we can see everyday in sch can't even compare to frenz made in a wk........guess maybe we rarely meet thus able to relate?? *shrugs*

Last nite,it is nice to sit by the pool and juz gossip......get to knw things that i dun even realise until now la....nice gossips....haha....

Oh yahz,one of my frenz,Seng kiat serves NS as a policeman...so coolz la....he like damn busy becoz of JI head escaped.....

talking abt that,i wonder how he escape la.....i think gt 2 versions....one is he bought over the guards and second is black magic??as in like hyponise some guards and juz escape??i mean he is limp for pete sake and yet he can juz escape....realli make a mockery of our police system....juz hope he get caught soon or else s'pore will be in grave danger lor.........

This morning went to have our first match wif some orange team.......lose la....but dun wan to talk abt the match....wad an unsporting behaviour.......
