gee........wad a great day to end the week in work bahz......For the last 2 days,have been handling WIS calls.....realli driving me crazy.......repeating umpteen times over and over again.........i can even juz slp and mumble all e procedures........haiz.......

To be frank,i find d scheme very troublesome la............firstly,why have 2 payments?secondly,why send out letters for those pple who nv declare income their medisave,making everyone confused coz d letters are very redundant when u juz need to pay what u supposed to pay for the remaining CPF medisave contribution.....haiz......realli sick of all these stuff.........i not disputing it is not wrong to put the amt into Medisave but if they want to do so,be fair to both status bahz.......it is nt their fault that they can't often get a job that gives them CPF too....haiz....

Being in the customer service industry since after JC days,from King Koil promoter to handling difficult base residents in base to now,Customer service officer for CPF.......realised that it is not that we are providing very lousy service,i find that it takes 2 hands to clap..........customers often demand this and that and they vent all their anger on innocent promoters like us.........we are here to provide them info of the products but not as a 'punching bag' for them.we have rules to adhere to and if we can disclose,we will.Not point shouting and yelling over the phone wad.The more u sounds disrespect for us,it will do u no gd too.U will nt get the info u wan to wad.i find that singaporeans are very demanding.....like wad MM Lee Kuan Yew said is true....our altitude still have a long way to go before reaching first class...........*first class facility,third class mentality*
